We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and we reserve the right to correct any errors.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Orders

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the timeframes set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and we are not liable for delays outside our control.

Returns

Our returns policy is set out in full in our Returns & Refund Policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery subject to the conditions stated.

All content on vaelatelier.co.uk including images, text, logos and branding is the property of Vael Atelier and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law Vael Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
