Orders
Browse our collections, select your size and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
We process orders quickly so changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at hello@vaelatelier.com with your order number and we will do our best to help.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If the confirmation is not there, contact us at hello@vaelatelier.com with your name and the email address used at checkout and we will resend it.
Unfortunately we are unable to add items to an existing order once it has been placed. You are welcome to place a new order for any additional pieces.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–7 business days. The total estimated time from order to delivery is 6–10 business days. Please note these are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to track your delivery directly through our carrier's website.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand to additional countries in the near future — stay tuned.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking link. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at hello@vaelatelier.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Email us at hello@vaelatelier.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with full return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item for a full refund and place a new order for the correct size or colour.
We are sorry to hear this. Please contact us immediately at hello@vaelatelier.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve this as a priority at no cost to you.
Sizing
All of our products are true to size unless stated otherwise on the product page. When in doubt or when between sizes, we recommend going a size bigger.
Simply return it within 30 days for a full refund and reorder in the correct size. See our returns policy for full details.
Products
We work hard to display colours as accurately as possible. However colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, brightness, and lighting conditions. If you have any questions about a specific colour please contact us before ordering.
Care instructions are included on the label of each garment. We recommend following these carefully to keep your pieces looking their best. When in doubt, a gentle hand wash or cool machine wash in a laundry bag is usually the safest option.
Some items are restocked and some are not. The best way to stay informed is to sign up to our newsletter — we announce restocks and new arrivals there first.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay where available. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
Yes. Our checkout is SSL encrypted and all payments are processed through secure, industry-standard payment providers. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes. All prices on our website are displayed and charged in GBP (£). There are no hidden fees or currency conversion charges from our side.
