When You Will Be Charged

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be completed and you will not be charged.

Failed or Declined Payments

If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider, as the decline may be due to their security checks. You are welcome to try an alternative payment method at checkout.

Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled and issue a full refund.

Refunds
